The Greene County General Hospital Foundation 812-699-4438 located at 409 A Street N.E. Linton, Indiana
The Greene County General Hospital Foundation has been serving our communities since 1983, delivering important resources for patients and providers at our hospital. We are grateful for every dollar raised for the life-saving programs and projects the Foundation supports, and we see those dollars making a difference in our community, every day. From the early detection of breast cancer, thanks to the Foundation’s help supporting 3D mammograms, to the improved health of those who are able to stop using tobacco products thanks to our smoking cessation program, and our work with mothers, fathers, families and babies, the GCGH Foundation has touched many lives.
Donations are tax deductible and are accepted year-round. Donate today and help us support:
Typing “Greene County General Hospital” in the field that asks “What fund is your gift to be applied?”
This will ensure your dollars will be added to the endowment fund that will support your local hospital and the programs that are helping you and your friends and neighbors live healthier lives.
GCGH Foundation dollars go to support much needed facility upgrades and equipment purchases for hospital departments. The Foundation has enabled the hospital to secure:
Electronic Health Records (EHR) software and training
EKG software (allows EKG from ambulance to be read at hospital during transit)
Lead Testing Equipment (more comfortable for children)
Providing blood pressure cuffs to expecting mothers
And much more…
With the rising cost of health care for patients and providers alike, the hospital’s long standing commitment to offer high quality medical care at the lowest possible cost has not changed.
The general purpose of the Foundation is to improve the facilities and services of the hospital; raise and expend funds for capital improvements; educational programs and medical or hospital related research; and provide financial assistance for the improvement of health, safety, and general welfare of the hospital and the community.
Contributions to the Greene County General Hospital Foundation, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, are tax-deductible. Contributions can be mailed to Greene County General Hospital Foundation, 409 A St NE, Linton, IN 47441. The Foundation office can be reached by calling 812-699-4438.
