GCGH Sponsorship Requests
Greene County General Hospital recognizes the needs of the community and its responsibility to the GCGH mission to provide access to quality and cost-efficient health care while promoting healthy lifestyles to the people in our service area. To accomplish this, we must balance our role as a partner of the community with our role as a good steward of financial resources. To best serve our communities, GCGH has implement a sponsorship policy. This policy offers guidelines and parameters to aid in responding to the many requests for charitable donations, event sponsorships and in-kind requests received by Marketing and GCGH staff and administration.
Beginning January 1, 2020 requests for sponsorships, donations or assistance from GCGH that are not part of Marketing or Public Relation plans must be submitted in writing using the Community Sponsorship/Donation Request found here.
Preference will be given to projects related to the health needs identified though the Greene County Community Health Needs Assessment, support of unmet community health and or social service needs, education, civic/community events, economic/community development and arts and cultural efforts.
Community Sponsorship/Donation Request forms must be completed and sent by mail to GCGH Marketing or emailed to Ashley Veatch by the date indicated at the bottom of this page. A GCGH Sponsorship Committee will award requests based on the schedule indicated.

Requests are evaluated by a GCGH committee and are awarded per discretion of the committee. Please indicate if the request is time sensitive. Recipients of funding will be notified via mail or email.
