Located on the ground floor of Greene County General Hospital, the nutrition services staff proudly serve our community by providing nutritious meals!
Patient and cafeteria menus are planned by the Food Service Director in conjunction with a Registered Dietitian. Each menu will provide all the nutrients and energy in appropriate amounts for each person, including when it is modified for specific needs. Room Service menus are available to patients and their guests on the OB floor who have a Regular or Soft diet order.
Curbside Pickup!
Due to COVID-19, the GCGH Cafeteria is closed to the public. Curbside pickup is now availiable. Call 812-798-4203 to order.

We are currently offering a Curbside Pick-up Menu for lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday. To listen to the offerings, call 812-847-6177. To place an order, call 812-798-4203 between 10:30 – 1:00 for lunch and 4:30 – 6:00 for dinner. Park in the designated spots outside the cafeteria and follow the directions on the sign. Meet our registered dietitians!
Both of our Registered Dietitians are available in-person or on-call daily for patient and staff needs. Individual out-patient appointments are also available with a physician’s order.

Ashlynn Kendall, RD, CD is our Director of Nutition Services. As a Registered Dietitian and Director, she works with staff and our part-time Registered Dietitian, Lisa, to create and plan patient, staff and curbside pickup menus.

Lisa Berns, RD, CD is our Registered Dietitian tasked with creating menus that provide all the nutrients and energy in appropriate amounts.
