Certain providers at our My Linton Clinic are certified to perform CDL physicals. If you would like to schedule a physical, please call our My Clinics 812-847-4481 and we will schedule you with a certified provider. Please bring your completed Medical Examination Report Form (MCSA-5875) and Medical Examiner’s Certificate Form (MCSA-5876) with you to your appointment. CDL physicals cost $100; due at the time of your appointment.

Angela Barnett, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner providing convenient care care at My Linton Clinic. Angela is an active member of Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana (CAPNI) and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Graduating from L&M High School, Angela is a dedicated local RN who continued her education by obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2005 and her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees (MSN-FNP) from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2008, where she graduated with honors. Angela lives in Linton with her husband Steve.
Terri Gilbert, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduate of Shakamak High School. Terri has been a registered nurse for 29 years and has a wide variety of experience including emergency, intensive care, dialysis and instructing on a college level. She obtained her Associate Degree in nursing from Indiana State University and later obtained a bachelor of science in nursing and her first master’s in nursing education from Western Governor University. She then completed her master of science in nursing, family nurse practitioner from Bradley University. Terri lives in Linton with her family.
Nicole Wafford, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing care at
My Linton Clinic’s Convenient Care. Nicole is a graduate of Tell City High School. Before joining the My Clinics, Nicole was an emergency registered nurse for 20 years at Perry County Memorial Hospital, and a nurse for 12 years at Daviess Community Hospital. Nicole completed her bachelor of science degree at University of Southern Indiana and masters of science in nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University. Nicole is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Emergency Nurses Association. Nicole resides in Washington with her husband Gary.

Lisa Bredeweg, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with years of diverse medical experience. Lisa graduated with honors from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Practicing as a nurse for over ten years, Lisa has dedicated her career to providing extraordinary health care to our community. Lisa is very active within our community and, when not practicing at My Linton Clinic, can be found spending time at local school sporting events. She lives in Linton with her husband and children.
Jane Heidinger, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with decades of diverse experience. After graduating with honors and beginning her career in Evansville, Jane entered into the Army Nurse Corps and was stationed in San Antonio, TX. After serving in the Army Nurse Corps for several years, she settled with her three children in Linton and worked alongside beloved local board-certified Family Practice physician, the late Dr. Frederick Ridge since 1999.
Amanda Brinson, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with years of experience serving our community. Amanda began her career as a registered nurse at Greene County General Hospital. Amanda graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of science in nursing, family nurse practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University. She became a Family Nurse Practitioner-Certified because she is passionate about providing quality health care to our community. Amanda lives in Linton and when not practicing at My Linton Clinic, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Taylor Van Horn, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing care at My Linton Clinic, having previously worked at the WestGate Clinic. Taylor is a graduate of Shakamak High School in Jasonville. Before joining the My WestGate Clinic, Taylor served as a Registered Nurse in the GCGH Emergency Department for five years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner degrees (MSN-FNP) from Indiana State University. Taylor is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Taylor resides in Jasonville with her husband Ryan.
Bobbie Hendricks, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduate of Pike Central High school in Petersburg, Indiana. Before joining the My Linton Clinic Convenient Care, Bobbie served as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for 25 years at St. Mary’s Medical Center Hobart, IN, Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN and Daviess Community Hospital, Washington, IN. She also works as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Paradigm Emergency Physicians Group. Bobbie completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Vincennes University and Master of Science in Nursing/ Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University. Bobbie is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Bobbie lives in Petersburg with her husband Jeff.
Meet our Pediatrician, Dr. Theodore Hoppe!
Theodore Hoppe, D.O. is an experienced Internal Medicine & Pediatric Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) providing comprehensive care to adults and children at both My Linton and My Bloomfield Clinics. Dr. Hoppe graduated from Edward Via Virginia college of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008. He spent an additional year of student fellowship studying osteopathic manipulation. Dr. Hoppe also graduated from SUNY Buffalo State with Medical Education Training: Internal Medicine-Pediatrics in 2012. He served as the Pediatric Medicine chair for the Fairview Health Services, as well as an Osteopathy, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics physician for Fairview Health Services. Dr. Hoppe is passionate about improving the quality of life for people with multiple health issues and supporting parents and children with pediatric illnesses. Dr. Hoppe also enjoys caring for newborn babies and provides care at Greene County General Hospital. He and his family recently relocated from Minnesota. He now resides in Linton, Indiana and enjoys spending his free time outdoors.

Sonya Williams, M.D., is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB-GYN) Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). Dr. Williams graduated from Drexel University’s College of Medicine. She completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Drexel’s Hahnemann University Hospital and a residency at Tennessee University in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Williams is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Williams has volunteered at the Special Olympics, Emmaus House which is a shelter for women escaping domestic abuse, and as a peer counselor for a homeless outreach project at Drexrel University. Dr. Williams also appeared on BlackDoctor.org discussing postpartum depression. In her free time, Dr. Williams enjoys water painting, pottery, theatre, and relearning the violin. She is an animal lover and also enjoys traveling to other countries experiencing their cultures and traditions.
Dr. Kirk McBride, M.D., is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB-GYN) Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) who is a temporary member of the GCGH and My Linton Clinic Family. Dr. McBride previously served 20 years in the U.S. Army and most recently worked as Chief of Gynecology services for Women’s Health at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, one of the country’s largest healthcare facilities. He served as a physical therapist for several years before deciding to attend the University of Texas School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree. Dr. McBride trained and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, the Army’s busiest OB-GYN facility. He has been heavily invested in educating, training, and mentoring physician assistant students, medical students, and residents. Dr. McBride is married with a daughter. He says he’s excited about helping people here in Greene County and is grateful for the opportunity to work at a rural health clinic.

Wendy Hill, LCSW
Wendy Hill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy and counseling services at the My Linton Clinic and the My West Gate Clinic. Wendy was born and raised in Texas. She is now proud to call Indiana home. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University in Bloomington and her master’s degree in Social Work at Indiana University in Indianapolis.
