CDL Physical information
Certain providers at our My Linton Clinic are certified to perform CDL physicals. If you would like to schedule a physical, please call our My Clinics 812-847-4481 and we will schedule you with a certified provider. Please bring your completed Medical Examiniation Report Form (MCSA-5875) and Medical Examiner’s Certificate Form (MCSA-5878) with you to your appointment. CDL physicals cost $100; due at the time of your appointment.

Convenient Care Hours at My Linton Clinic with Gloria Shields, FNP, Angela Barnett, FNP and Terri Gilbert, FNP. No appointment needed.
Gloria Shields, FNP is a nurse practitioner at the My Linton Clinic convenient care. With convenient care, no appointment is needed. Gloria has years of healthcare and provider experience. She was a Training Center Coordinator for the American Heart Association, has served the Workforce Development Coordinator at Union Health and was a Critical Care Nurse at Union Health. Gloria received her LPN from Ivy Tech College, her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University and her MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner and Nursing Administration from Indiana State University.
Angela Barnett, FNP is a nurse practitioner at the My Linton Clinic convenient care. Angela is an active member of Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana (CAPNI) and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Graduating from high school in Lyons Indiana, Angela is a dedicated local RN who continued her education by obtaining her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2005 and her MSN-FNP from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2008, where she graduated with honors.
Terri Gilbert, FNP is a graduate of Shakamak High School and has been a registered nurse for 29 years. She has a wide variety of experience that includes the Emergency Department, intensive care, dialysis and instructing on a college level. She obtained her Associate Degree in nursing from Indiana State University, and later obtained a BSN and her first master’s in nursing education from Western Governor University. She then pursued her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from Bradley University.

Board-certified Family Practice physician, Dr. Gene Bourgasser, has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Bourgasser attended the University of Illinois College of Medicine and is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Bourgasser is taking new patients at My Linton Clinic’s Family Practice.
Having years of diverse experience, especially in family medicine as a Nurse Practitioner, Lisa Bredeweg, graduated with honors from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Practicing as a nurse for over ten years, Lisa has dedicated her career to providing extraordinary health care to our region. Lisa Bredeweg, NP is taking new patients at My Linton Clinic’s Family Practice.
Jane Heidinger, a Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of experience, graduated with honors in 1996. After
beginning her career in Evansville, Jane entered into the Army Nurse Corps and was stationed in San Antonio, TX. She eventually settled with her three children in Linton and worked along side beloved local board-certified Family Practice physician, the late Dr. Frederick Ridge since 1999. Jane Heidinger, NP is taking new patients at My Linton Clinic’s Family Practice.
Amanda Brinson, FNP has served our community for years as a registered nurse at Greene County General Hospital. Amanda is a RN-BSN and MSN-FNP graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. She became a

My Linton Clinic’s Women’s Health Center provides a full spectrum of Women’s Health services. Conveniently located at the My Linton Clinic, board-certified OB-GYN, Dr. Lawson, specializing in the woman’s reproductive tract, pregnancy, and childbirth.
Dr. Douglas Lawson is a board certified OB–GYN specializing in the woman’s reproductive tract, pregnancy, and childbirth with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Lawson graduated from Indiana University’s School of Medicine, completed his residency at Providence Hospital and Medical Centers, and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Laurel Walton is a board certified OB-GYN and Doctor of Osteopathy. Dr. Walton has decades of healthcare experience. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center as a Physician Assistant and continued her education at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. She completed a AOA rotating internship at St. Joseph Health Center, a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Aultman Hospital and a residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where she served as Chief Resident.
