Sonya Williams, MD
Sonya Williams, M.D., is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB-GYN) Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). Dr. Williams graduated from Drexel University’s College of Medicine. She completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Drexel’s Hahnemann University Hospital and a residency at Tennessee University in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Williams is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Williams has volunteered at the Special Olympics, Emmaus House which is a shelter for women escaping domestic abuse, and as a peer counselor for a homeless outreach project at Drexel University. Dr. Williams also appeared on BlackDoctor.org discussing postpartum depression. In her free time, Dr. Williams enjoys water painting, pottery, theatre, and relearning the violin. She is an animal lover and also enjoys traveling to other countries experiencing their cultures and traditions.

Kirk McBride, MD
Dr. Kirk McBride, M.D., is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB-GYN) Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) who is a temporary member of the GCGH and My Linton Clinic Family. Dr. McBride previously served 20 years in the U.S. Army and most recently worked as Chief of Gynecology services for Women’s Health at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, one of the country’s largest healthcare facilities. He served as a physical therapist for several years before deciding to attend the University of Texas School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree. Dr. McBride trained and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, the Army’s busiest OB-GYN facility. He has been heavily invested in educating, training, and mentoring physician assistant students, medical students, and residents. Dr. McBride is married with a daughter. He says he’s excited about helping people here in Greene County and is grateful for the opportunity to work at a rural health clinic.
