Greene County General Hospital is committed to quality. Even though everyone at Greene County General Hospital is part of quality, we have a dedicated team charged with monitoring quality improvement efforts. They meet regularly to review performance data, identify areas in need of improvement and carry out and monitor improvement efforts.
Greene County General Hospital complies with nationally recognized Joint Commission quality standards.
The Joint Commission is an independent, nonprofit organization that evaluates health care organizations to help guide safer and more effective quality care practices.
In 2018, all My Clinics locations became accredited as Exemplary Providers by The Compliance Team.
Patient Safety is very important at Greene County General Hospital, and we are committed to providing the highest quality services. Anyone believing they have information regarding quality, patient safety, or environmental concerns in which care is provided may report their concern to Joint Commission.
The preferred method for submitting a concern is through the Joint Commission’s online submission form.
You can also provide a brief summary of your safety concern and the complete name and address for the location where care was received. Please be as specific as possible and mail to:
