Sarah Flemming, M.D. is a board-certified Pediatric Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) providing care at My Bloomfield Clinic. Dr. Flemming graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Utah. Dr. Flemming is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Pediatricians treat children, infants, and adolescents. They are trained to meet the unique needs of children, through all of their developmental stages, as they grow and mature. Dr. Flemming grew up in Bloomfield and enjoys providing care to the residents of Greene County. She currently lives in Bloomington with her family.

Dr. Trueblood is a native of the Wabash Valley. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Trueblood performed his Residency at Wright-Patterson Medical Center in Ohio and completed a Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in San Antonio, Texas. Most recently, Dr. Trueblood served as a physician at Monroe Cardiopulmonary Institute in Bloomington.

In addition to his extensive medical training, Dr. Trueblood served in the United States Air Force. He served as a physician in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and in Afghanistan in 2004 as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. He was a member of the Hurricane Katrina Rescue Critical Care Air Transport Team in New Orleans in 2005. Dr. Trueblood earned multiple military awards including a Meritorious Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and an Air Force Commendation Medal. He also received the Outstanding Subspecialist Teacher of the Year Award twice from the Wright-Patterson Medical Center. Dr. Trueblood says, “I’m excited to join the Greene County General Hospital family. I look forward to sharing my experience and skills in pulmonology with the Greene County community and beyond. I see this as a great opportunity to continue to provide high-quality care to my current and new patients in a new setting.”

Ariel Feltner, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has served our communities for years. As a graduate of Bloomfield High School, she has excelled throughout her career. After graduating with honors from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in nursing, she went on to graduate with a Master of Science and Nurse Practitioner License from Ball State University. Ariel chose to join the My Bloomfield Clinic because she is dedicated to providing trusted and professional care to our community. Ariel lives in Bloomfield and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Averi Myers, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner now providing care at My Bloomfield Clinic. Averi is a Bloomfield native who graduated from Bloomfield High School and enjoys caring for those in our rural communities. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern Indiana with both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees. Averi is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is committed to providing patient-centered and evidence-based healthcare. Prior to completing her licensure, she worked as an open-heart recovery nurse at Ascension St. Vincent Evansville and IU Health Bloomington. Averi lives in Bloomfield with her husband, Jared, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
