Walton, Laurel, DO


Laurel Walton, D.O. is a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB-GYN) Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.). Dr. Walton has decades of healthcare experience. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center as a Physician Assistant and continued her education at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. She completed a AOA rotating internship at St. Joseph Health Center, a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Aultman Hospital and a residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Walton is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In her free time, Dr. Walton helps prepare other physicians for their Obstetrics and Gynecology board certification examinations. Dr. Walton lives in Linton with her husband and six cats. When not providing care, Dr. Walton enjoys hunting for antique cranberry glass with her husband.

Williams, Sonya MD


Sonya Williams, M.D., is a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB-GYN) doctor of medicine (MD). Dr. Williams graduated from Drexel University’s College of Medicine. She completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Drexel’s Hahnemann University Hospital and a residency at Tennessee University in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Williams is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Williams has volunteered at the Special Olympics, Emmaus House which is a shelter for women escaping domestic abuse, and as a peer counselor for a homeless outreach project at Drexrel University. Dr. Williams also appeared on BlackDoctor.org discussing postpartum depression. In her free time, Dr. Williams enjoys water painting, pottery, theatre, and relearning the violin. She is an animal lover and also enjoys traveling to other countries experiencing their cultures and traditions.
