GCGH Celebrates Groundbreaking with Board of Directors, Staff and Local Officials
On Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., Greene County General Hospital’s administration, staff, board of directors and local officials celebrated breaking ground on “Phase One” of the Hospital’s planned construction projects. Phase one includes expanding the Hospital’s Radiology Department and expanding and improving the parking lots. Greene County General Hospital Announces Bond Refinance
Greene County General Hospital is saving significant money through a bond refinance that will provide an overall $963,000 in net present value savings, or 15.3% of the previously outstanding bond amount. In addition, the bond issue provides $8 million in new funding for new construction and capital projects at GCGH. FDA Approves Pfizer brand COVID-19 vaccine
As of August 23, 2021, the FDA has approved the Pfizer brand COVID-19 vaccine for individuals 16 and older. GCGH, My Clinics and TeamOrtho are asking our community to please consider getting vaccinated.
